About Paper Collage Nursery Name Art

Cut-Paper Farm is made of paper. A hen, a lamb, a piglet, a goose, a calf and a duckling are cut and torn from terracotta, mustard, blush, sage and cream stock and laid flat on a warm oat ground, so every edge is a clean scissor line or a soft deckled tear. The name runs across the open band between the two groups in deep terracotta capitals.

It is the warmest of the farm styles and the one that reads as terracotta wall art in a room of oak and linen. The collage is finished before you arrive; the name is set in real type into the band left for it. Farm Parade is the painted equivalent. Portrait at 4:5 and 2:3, with a wide paper margin.

Prices start at $39.00: Canvas from $39.00 (8″×10″), Framed Poster from $56.00 (8″×10″), and Metal Print from $72.00 (8″×10″).

How it works

  1. Set the name

Type it and watch it land in the open band, in terracotta capitals on the oat paper.

  2. Add the record

Put the birth date, the time and the weight under it, and drag or resize either line.

  3. See your piece

It appears right here within a couple of minutes. Pick the size, paper or canvas, and frame — or change something and try again.

  4. Only pay if you fall for one

No deposit, no obligation — if none of the designs feels right, you owe nothing.

  5. We print and ship

We start printing as soon as you order. Making it takes 2–5 business days, then it ships from the print partner nearest you.

Questions, answered

Do I pay anything before I see my piece?

No. Seeing your piece is free and needs no card. You only pay if you order a print.

How is my piece made?

With AI. Image models create new artwork from the details you add, guided by styles our team designs and tests. No one reviews it before you do, so what you see on the page is what we print.

How long does it take?

Your first piece usually appears on this page in a minute or two, and the other print shapes and sizes follow a few minutes later. Add your email if you want them saved to an account.

What if it isn't quite right?

Change the style or the wording and try again — it's free. Nothing is printed until you order.

What happens to the details I enter?

We use them only to create your pieces. They stay private to you and are sent to Google's Gemini image service to generate the artwork. Details you add but never submit are deleted after 7 days.

What sizes and formats can I order?

Your piece is prepared in the print shapes it suits, so you can pick what fits your wall. We offer a wide range of portrait, landscape and square formats from 6×6″ to 40×60″ — framed paper prints, canvas or framed canvas, or metal prints.

How long does printing take?

Printing takes 2–5 business days once you order, then your print ships from the print partner nearest you.

Is this a photograph of a paper craft?

No. It is drawn as flat artwork in the language of cut paper: visible fibers, soft torn edges and a few overlapping layers, with no shadows between them. It prints as one even surface rather than as a picture of something sitting on a table.

How does the name reach the paper?

It is set in real type, not painted. The illustration is finished before you arrive, and your name is placed into the band that was left open for it, so the preview on screen is exactly the file that goes to print and nothing is generated per order.

How long can the name be?

One to twelve characters, printed as capitals whatever you type, with one space and hyphens or apostrophes allowed. A short name is set large and a twelve-character one shrinks to fit the band, staying well above the smallest readable size.

Which animals are in the collage?

A hen, a lamb, a piglet, a goose, a calf and a duckling, each built from a handful of paper shapes, with leaf sprigs, round daisies and a bee or two scattered between them. Nothing repeats and nothing is drawn below the lower group.

How is this different from the other farm prints?

By medium rather than by cast. The other farm styles are soft watercolor washes; this one is flat matte paper with scissor edges and no shading at all, which reads as a different object on the wall even from across a room.

What sizes and shapes?

Portrait, at 4:5 and at a taller 2:3, each with a wide paper margin around the artwork. Both suit a frame above a crib, a changing table or a low shelf.

Will the name be spelled exactly right?

Yes. On every style the name is either set in real type or checked letter by letter before the design reaches you, and nothing is printed until you have seen it. If a style cannot draw a character, the form tells you before you start.

Why is there a length limit on the name?

Each scene holds the name its own way — a balloon per letter, a board on the side of a bus, letters the animals lean on — so each style has room for a certain number of letters. If a name is too long for one style, another usually fits it.

Can I add the birth date, time and weight?

Yes, all three are optional. They are set in small type beneath the art, and on most styles you can move or resize each line on the preview. The weight can be in kilograms or in pounds and ounces.

Can I order before the baby arrives?

Yes. Leave the birth details blank and the print carries the name alone — a baby-shower gift that still works once the baby is home.

What occasions is nursery name art for?

Decorating a new baby's room, a baby shower or naming-day gift, a first birthday, or a keepsake for grandparents. The name is the whole idea, so the piece still belongs on the wall long after the nursery becomes a bedroom.
