COOKIE POLICY

Last updated July 31, 2026

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. TheStillCat uses them for three things: to make the shop work, to understand how it is used, and to measure our advertising. This page explains exactly which cookies we set, who sets them, and how long they last.

Only the essential cookies are set automatically. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only if you agree, and the shop works exactly the same if you do not. You can change your mind whenever you like:

Essential

These are needed for the shop to function — your basket, the checkout, fraud checks on payment, your delivery country, and remembering your cookie choice. They cannot be switched off, because without them the shop would not work.

Analytics

These tell us which designs and pages people actually use, so we know what to improve. We look at this in aggregate — we are not interested in what any one person did.

Marketing

These let us see whether an advert actually led to a visit or an order, and help us show you designs you are more likely to like rather than the same advert repeatedly. If you refuse these, you will still see adverts — they will simply be less relevant, and we will not be able to tell whether they worked.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page, or the button above. Withdrawing is as easy as agreeing was, and takes effect immediately — we stop setting the relevant cookies from that moment. You can also delete cookies already stored through your browser settings.

If you refuse, we will not keep asking. We will only ask again after around six months, or sooner if we start using cookies for a genuinely new purpose that your earlier answer could not have covered.

Where your choice applies

We ask for consent before setting analytics or marketing cookies for visitors in the UK, the European Economic Area, and Switzerland. Elsewhere these cookies are enabled by default, in line with local rules — but the same Cookie settings link is available to everyone, so you can opt out wherever you are.
