About Personalized Housewarming Gifts

A new address is the one thing a housewarming gift can be about. A map print draws the streets around the new place from real map data and restyles them with AI: inside a house-shaped window, as fine white lines on near-black, in gold on dark slate, or in copper tones within a round window. A star map charts the sky over the new town on the night they moved in, from a star catalog, as a flat navy disc on a pale mat.

You frame the map or enter the date and place yourself, add their names or a short line if you like, and see the print on the page within a few minutes, for free. It is printed to order on paper, canvas or metal once you choose a size.

Questions about Personalized Housewarming Gifts

Can the map show their new neighborhood?

Yes. On a map print you choose the place, then frame the area yourself on the page, from a whole city down to a neighborhood around the new home. The streets come from real map data and are restyled with AI into the look on the card. Center the frame on the new home and it sits in the middle of the print.

Which date goes on a housewarming star map?

Usually the first night in the new home, or the day the keys changed hands. The sky is charted from a star catalog for that date over the new town, and if you leave the time blank it shows the sky at 9 pm local time. Their names and a short line such as "Home" can go under the chart, set in real type exactly as you type them.

Can I see it before I order?

Yes. You see the finished print on the page within a few minutes, and seeing it costs nothing. Nothing is printed until you order, and you choose the size and the material, paper in a frame, canvas or metal, at that point, with the price of each option shown beside it.
