About Bubble Bath Pet Portrait — Oil Painting

Funny personalized pet portrait from your photo: your dog or cat in a bubble bath, as an oil painting. The bubble bath pet portrait is bath time with dignity. Your pet sits in a white claw-foot tub filled to the chest with dense foam, one yellow rubber duck bobbing alongside, and stares straight out with a deadpan expression. The scene is set up to keep the head, ears and markings above the foam, with soft window light falling across the tiles behind.

Impasto makes the foam the star of the texture: thick, whipped-looking strokes of white pile up around your pet, while fur, enamel and tiles take on ridged brushwork in warm color. The Cobalt Line version tells the same joke in two quiet colors; this one is rich and painterly. Our AI produces it from your photos for a bathroom wall, or for anyone whose dog dreads bath day.

How it works

  1. Choose your styles

Pick the looks you want to see and, where it matters, the pose.

  2. Add your pets

A card for each pet, with one to three clear photos; a well-lit face with visible eyes matters most.

  3. See your portraits

They appear on this page within a couple of minutes; choose the size, paper or canvas, and frame.

  4. Only pay if you fall for one

No deposit, no obligation — if none of the designs feels right, you owe nothing.

  5. We print and ship

We start printing as soon as you order. Making it takes 2–5 business days, then it ships from the print partner nearest you.

Questions, answered

Do I pay anything before I see my piece?

No. Seeing your piece is free and needs no card. You only pay if you order a print.

How is my piece made?

With AI. Image models create new artwork from your photos and details, guided by styles our team designs and tests. No one reviews it before you do, so what you see on the page is what we print.

How long does it take?

Your first piece usually appears on this page in a minute or two, and the other print shapes and sizes follow a few minutes later. Add your email if you want them saved to an account.

What if it isn't quite right?

Change the style, a photo or the wording and try again — it's free. Nothing is printed until you order.

What happens to my photos?

We use them only to create your pieces. They stay private to you and are sent to Google's Gemini image service to generate the artwork. Photos you add but never submit are deleted after 7 days.

What sizes and formats can I order?

Your piece is prepared in the print shapes it suits, so you can pick what fits your wall. We offer a wide range of portrait, landscape and square formats from 6×6″ to 40×60″ — framed paper prints, canvas or framed canvas, or metal prints.

How long does printing take?

Printing takes 2–5 business days once you order, then your print ships from the print partner nearest you.

Does the bubble bath scene work for cats?

Yes. The scene is written for any pet, and a cat sits in the tub in the same way, head and ears above the foam. The examples here show a dog, so expect your cat's face, coloring and markings from your photos in the same composition. Whether your cat would tolerate a real bath is another matter.

Which format suits a portrait for the bathroom?

Humidity is hard on paper, so in a bathroom with a shower, canvas or the glossy metal print is the more practical choice, and a framed paper print is best kept away from direct steam. In a powder room or a well-ventilated bathroom any format works. You pick the format after your piece appears on the page.

Can two pets share the tub?

Yes. With a card for each pet, up to five, the animals are composed sitting together in one tub of foam with the rubber duck floating beside them. They don't need to be photographed together. A pair or a trio fits naturally; with more animals the tub gets crowded, so a larger print size helps each face read.

What kind of photo works best?

A sharp, well-lit photo where the face fills the frame and both eyes are visible. Daylight beats flash; eye level beats looking down. One good photo is enough — two or three from different angles help.

Can you put more than one pet in the same portrait?

Yes — add a card for each pet, up to five, with their own photos. They do not need to have been photographed together: each animal comes from its own pictures and we compose them into one portrait.

Will it look like my pet, or like a generic dog in that style?

Like yours. The style sets the medium and the mood; the face, markings and expression come from your photos. If a detail is off, add a clearer photo or a note and try again — it's free, and nothing is printed until you order.

I'd like a portrait of a pet who has passed away. Do old photos work?

They do. Scanned prints and older phone photos are fine as long as the face is visible.

What occasions is a custom pet portrait for?

Birthdays, gotcha-day anniversaries, a new puppy or kitten, a gift for the pet parent who has everything — and memorials for a pet who is no longer here. A custom pet portrait is what people give when flowers feel too small.
