Colorful Neon Pet Portrait — Astral Dream
A calm pet at the center of a swirling neon dream.
About Colorful Neon Pet Portrait
Custom pet portrait from your photo: your dog or cat as a colorful neon art piece. Astral Dream is the most psychedelic of our pet styles. The space around your pet is filled with dense, wavy ribbons of saturated color, magenta, violet, electric teal, lime and sunburst yellow, each traced with contour lines that follow its curve, like a 1970s concert poster seen through a kaleidoscope. Muted areas and empty space are rare.
The animal is the calm center of all that energy, and a black or dark-coated pet looks especially striking. Risograph is colorful too, but flat and grainy; this astral dream pet portrait glows and swirls. Our AI builds it from your photos, and it suits a teenager's room, a music corner or a colorful office.

Questions, answered
Do I pay anything before I see my piece?
No. Seeing your piece is free and needs no card. You only pay if you order a print.
How is my piece made?
With AI. Image models create new artwork from your photos and details, guided by styles our team designs and tests. No one reviews it before you do, so what you see on the page is what we print.
How long does it take?
Your first piece usually appears on this page in a minute or two, and the other print shapes and sizes follow a few minutes later. Add your email if you want them saved to an account.
What if it isn't quite right?
Change the style, a photo or the wording and try again — it's free. Nothing is printed until you order.
What happens to my photos?
We use them only to create your pieces. They stay private to you and are sent to Google's Gemini image service to generate the artwork. Photos you add but never submit are deleted after 7 days.
What sizes and formats can I order?
Your piece is prepared in the print shapes it suits, so you can pick what fits your wall. We offer a wide range of portrait, landscape and square formats from 6×6″ to 40×60″ — framed paper prints, canvas or framed canvas, or metal prints.
How long does printing take?
Printing takes 2–5 business days once you order, then your print ships from the print partner nearest you.
Which photos work best for an Astral Dream pet portrait?
A sharp photo where your pet's face and eyes are clearly lit. With such a busy background, the outline of the head and ears needs to be well defined, so avoid photos in which the animal blends into a dark or cluttered setting. The coat doesn't need to be colorful; the neon comes from the style, not from your photo.
How is Astral Dream different from Risograph?
Both are bold and colorful. Astral Dream fills the background with glowing, swirling ribbons of neon color traced with wavy lines, and gives your pet a smooth, detailed finish. Risograph is flat and grainy: blocks of overprinted spot color, hatching and halftone texture on white paper, with a cut-out look around the animal.
Will the neon colors look as bright in print?
The print reproduces the colors in the image, but no ink glows the way a screen does. Saturated magenta, teal and yellow stay vivid on paper and canvas, and the glossy metal print tends to look the most intense. For a softer effect, a matte framed paper print keeps the color rich without any reflection.
What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo where the face fills the frame and both eyes are visible. Daylight beats flash; eye level beats looking down. One good photo is enough — two or three from different angles help.
Can you put more than one pet in the same portrait?
Yes — add a card for each pet, up to five, with their own photos. They do not need to have been photographed together: each animal comes from its own pictures and we compose them into one portrait.
Will it look like my pet, or like a generic dog in that style?
Like yours. The style sets the medium and the mood; the face, markings and expression come from your photos. If a detail is off, add a clearer photo or a note and try again — it's free, and nothing is printed until you order.
I'd like a portrait of a pet who has passed away. Do old photos work?
They do. Scanned prints and older phone photos are fine as long as the face is visible.
What occasions is a custom pet portrait for?
Birthdays, gotcha-day anniversaries, a new puppy or kitten, a gift for the pet parent who has everything — and memorials for a pet who is no longer here. A custom pet portrait is what people give when flowers feel too small.
How much does it cost?
