Real. The streets, water and coastline come from map data for the place you pick; the style changes how they are drawn, not where they are. A local will recognise their street.
Tell us in the request and we can add a marker or a subtle highlight at the address. Centering the map on it is the most common ask.
Yes — for two cities, say where you met and where you live now, ask for a pair or a split composition and we will propose options.
Frame the map however you like — a village fills a frame as well as a city does. A whole region works too; a continent we would discuss with you first.
