Will the puzzle have a large white background?
The design is made to fill the puzzle with coloured artwork and distributed detail, including around the portrait and at the edges. Broad blank backgrounds are checked during creation. Review the complete design in your preview before ordering.
Do we need a photo together?
You can upload a shared photo or separate clear photos of each of you. Choose pictures showing both faces clearly and confirm the two people in the upload area.
Which piece counts can I choose?
The current portrait puzzle offers 30, 110, 252 or 500 pieces, subject to the options shown on this page. Choose the piece count that suits the person putting it together; each option comes in a tin.
How is my piece made?
With AI. Image models create new artwork from your photos and details, guided by styles our team designs and tests. No one reviews it before you do, so what you see on the page is what we print.
What happens to my photos?
We use them only to create your pieces. They stay private to you and are sent to Google's Gemini image service to generate the artwork. Photos you add but never submit are deleted after 7 days.
Which photos should I use?
Add clear, well-lit photos of each person with their face and hair visible. You can use separate photos or confirm the people in a shared photograph. The artwork is made with AI, and you can inspect the result in your free preview before ordering.
How is the portrait printed?

Is this made of stained glass?
No. It is a printed jigsaw puzzle whose illustration resembles coloured glass and dark leading. You receive puzzle pieces and a tin, rather than a glass panel. Check both faces and the full artwork in the free preview.
